Sorry it took so long but I thought I'd share a few final thoughts on this year's Tour at this time. It really was a great one, coming down to the final time trial, and will go down in history as one of the closest. Many questions will be asked after this Tour, some of which I will go into greater detail a bit down the road, but for now here are a few parting thoughts rounding up the best of the best, the worst of the worst, and the strangest. To spare you (and me) the trouble of putting together one long post, I will split it up into individual categories.
