ToB: Poels Fights out Stage 4

Poels takes stage, Albasini holds GC.Tough day, tough climbs, and tough terrain make for tough riders. Wouter Poels was just that, as he pushed himself to the brink trying to chase down the dangerous breakaway of Dan Martin and Johnny Hoogerland and then launched himself again on the final climb to the finish. It was also done perfectly by the book by Michael Albasini, who stayed under team protection until he was forced to join the other GC leaders at the end in order to hold his placing. He easily kept his advantage, and even added to it because a few contenders behind him did not fare so well on today's climbs.
1. Wouter Poels
2. Borut Bozic
3. Koen de Kort
GC
1. Michael Albasini
2. Richie Porte -1:28
3. Borut Bozic -1:32
4. Greg Henderson -1:36
5. Johnny Hoogerland -1:42
10. Geraint Thomas -5:38

Tomorrow seems like it could be a sprint, but I would be more inclined to say a 3-7 man breakaway
