There are a lot of things one can do in .14 seconds. You can blink your eye, type a period at the end of a second, oh and also win your national time trial championship. Taylor Phinney did just that, beating out fellow American Levi Leipheimer to take the win. Bernard Van Ulden took 3rd place. Phinney is one of the up and coming stars on the cycling world, and he is certianly off to a great start in his career. The big race is tomorrow for the USA.
