9/9/10

Thursday's Recap

-Robbie McEwen announced today that he will be leaving Katusha at the end of the season and joining Fly V Australia team. He leaves with the goal of maybe one more year of glory, and possibly giving the team enough credibility for a ProTour spot next year.

-Australian domestique Cameron Wulf will be riding for Liquigas next season.

-Frank Schleck, Laurent Didier, and Ben Gastauer will be this year's team Luxembourg at the worlds. Andy Schleck would have certainly been welcomed but he declined the invite.

-Romain Hardy won stage 4 of the Tour De L'Avenir. Yannick Eijssen is the GC leader. Taylor Phinney sits dead last (109) after a dreadful few days.
