Stage 19 TT Preview

Stage 19
Start: Bordeaux
End: Pauillac
Length: 52 km
Difficulty Profile: Time Trial

There is really no way to preview a time trial. It is man vs clock and your only real opponent is yourself. It is quite the long time trial, but is perfectly flat. It is not the type of TT that favors the specialists, though I'm sure they will be present and contending. Contador takes his 8 second lead into the event, and seems poised to defend it. Don't count out Schleck just yet, because anything can happen on these type of stages.
