On paper this looks like a sprint stage, but then after seeing the profile one would be lead to believe that it wouldn't be a sprint. In fact, I think this looks like one of those stages that can be very good for breakaways. It has the potential to possibly be a sprint, but it will be awfully difficult to get the sprinters over the last category 2 climb. If they do manage to get over, there is a very small flat that should be just enough time for the field to organize their sprinters. I think that a breakaway will win this stage, but not the early morning breakaway. A late attack on the final climb may just be enough to get the job done tomorrow. There shouldn't be anything drastic in the GC. Schleck and Contador should have each other marked well.
