Francaise des Jeux is one of the hometown French teams. They are one of the lower ranked teams invited to the tour, so some of you may not be familiar with them. They do not have many riders ranked among the favorites for any categories. The one rider I would probably focus on most from this group is young Wesley Sulzberger.
The young Aussie will be making his first Tour appearance. He has shown some serious promise in previous races, and could potentially make some noise for a stage win if he gets himself into a breakaway.
